FAQ
Q: Do I have to participate every day?
A: You only have to participate as much as you'd like to! You do not need to complete 30 plates to be involved in the challenge. You could just do 1 if you really wanted to!
Q: Can I submit more than one entry per theme, per day?
A: Yes! You can submit 30 plates for the first theme if you'd like to. Sky is the limit, whatever makes you happy :)
Q: Can I post entries through my stories vs. my feed?
A: We will only be judging pictures of plates you've submitted through your permanent feed. Stories are too easily overlooked, and we don't want to miss your entries!
Q: If I make a plate that fits multiple themes, can I submit them on multiple days?
A: The judges have agreed that in the spirit of the challenge, a single plate can only be entered once throughout the challenge.
Q: Do pie plates count? Platters? How big do the plates have to be?
A: This is an artistic challenge people, express your creativity! Any form of plate, any size. Is it a bowl? Is it a mug? You probably don't want to try and submit those, lol. But if it's reasonably flattish and plate-like, who are we to discriminate?
Q: Can I submit plates I've made prior to the challenge?
A: Now this is a matter of ethics and morals! There is no way for the judges to tell if you recently made the plate, or made it years ago. But this is an artistic challenge to help you create and bring the community together to share inspiration and ideas, We personally think posting prior works is not in the spirit of the challenge! Remember, the Kiln Gods are always watching, and karma can be vindictive... ;P
